Role Overview : The FP&A professional will be responsible for driving financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support decision-making across the Banking verticals. The role demands strong analytical skills, business acumen, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles.
• Collaborate with business units to align financial targets with strategic goals.
• Provide variance analysis and insights on business performance.
• Support long-term financial planning and scenario modeling.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly management reports and dashboards.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to senior leadership and regulators.

Key Skills & Competencies :

• Strong command over Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
